Dry Roast Masala -----------1
Whole Black Peppercorn ( Meeri ) - 1 tsp ( you can add more if you like it more spicy )
Corainder seeds ( Dhane) - 2 tsp
Cloves ( Lavang) - 4 nos.
Cinnamon ( Dalchini ) - 1 small stick
Cumin Seeds ( Jeera ) - 1 tsp
Garlic - 4 to 5 nos
Ginger - 1 small piece
Dry Roast these spices and grind them to fine paste
Masala -----------2
onions - 2 nos
dry coconut - as per required.
Add oil as required add slices onions and dry grated coconut
Method :
Add oil to the pan and add one finely chopped onion. As soon as the onion turn pink add Dry roast masala ----------1 and saute it with some red chilli powder . Add clean and washed chicken to the masala and saute it further. Add little water and cook it on a slow flame until chicken is nearly cooked over the steam. Then add the masala --------------2 and cook it for few minutes. Add salt and coriander and serve hot .
